I was very impressed by the work and the service from Lucky Seven Hardwood Floors. When I called for an estimate they were able to come out the very next day. They were 10 minutes early for the appointment so I did not have to wait at all. The quote was done in 10 minutes and they answered all my questions. They were able to schedule me the very next Monday so I had the weekend to move all my furniture. Their price was very competitive.

The work started right on time and was done in 2 days( except for the drying). They did 3 rooms and a hallway (548 sq. ft.). They did a fantastic job down to the smallest detail.
They also did some repair work which came out very nice. The job site was perfectly clean when they left. They left me one neat trash bag to dispose of.

The only issue I had was that my cat was able to get through the plastic barrier one night, but it caused no issues.
The floors look fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Ho and his team did an amazing job on my carpet removal and engineered flooring. I also recommended him to my mom and she loved the renewal he did on her floors as well. The price is also great compared to what other companies offer. I highly recommend him!

 I bought a house in January 2016 and had these guys refinish my floor. Everything was first class, the estimate was good, they got to work right away and the work was first glass my floors still look like brand new a year and a half after the job was completed. These guys are good, the story here is that I emailed and eformed five other sanders in BOston area. Not one responded. I called Lucky Seven, they actually answered the phone. Came down as promised and on time and gave me an estimate. We agreed and I moved most of the stuff out of the living room. We then set a date and they arrived right on time. Helped me move the pieces I couldnt move on my own. Sanded and coated #1 on Monday. Poly coat #2 on Tuesday, back on Wednesday to help move furniture back and done. Great job and great price. Speak with Mi as he is the boss. They are thorough and professional and actually show up when scheduled.
